Concrete cannot be painted,..well it can but it won't last. Two dissimilar materials, expanding and asorbing moisture at different rates. I've built many food service facilities, you can use a two part epoxy coating, or an elastomeric coating or you could have troweled in the color while placing the concrete, or used intergal dyed concrete.
What's the purpose, for sealing or for cleaning?
