No, most people in Quebec speak French and a lot in the Montral area are bilingual.
But like for English where there are variants between English spoken in Great Britain and the US; for us French Canadians, there are also differences between the spoken language between France and Canada.
As for your reference to FRenglish: I come from New Brunswick where in some regions (particularly the South-East area like Moncton) you will find people speaking a dialect comprised of both French and English. So you may hear sentences like "Close la light sur ton way out" meaning "Close the light on your way out". Or "Attends moi su'l corner, on va crosser la street à la light" meaning "Wait for me at the corner, we'll cross the street at the light".
I wish I fluently spoke more languages though I'm slowly learning Spanish and German.
We are lucky to have all these various cultures and languages in the world we live in.
