Best choice is find something that is already built and has a tank installed and has already passed perk then move into/onto and build what you want and destroy the existing building if it doesn't meet your needs. I would recommend looking down perkinsville road in williams lots of property, undervalued, and many owners are just giving it away. Mostly all I can say is good luck!
