If they are spot welds use a spot weld cutter in a cordless drill.

You could use a portable air tank and use an air driven cut off tool (you may have to make several trips to recharge the tank).

There are gas engine powered air compressors that can be rented. Then use cut off tool of choice.

Rent small generator and use power tool(s) of choice.
