The thing I like is when the come into your business and demand to do transactions in spanish and no one that works there speaks a word of spanish. I had my brother who speaks it like a native make a sign that says in spanish "we reserve the right not to do business with anyone for any reason" what sucks is alot of them don't read enough of their own language to understand what it means. Then my brother says to me "Do you know why an Illegal is like a cue ball? The harder you smack them the more english you get out of them." ouch!
