Ignition conversion, Hey MoparNorm

I'm working on a 241 poly motor, am in the process of installing a Mopar Performance electronic ignition conversion kit and Mopar blaster coil. The kit comes with an one ohm ballast resistor and the coil comes with a eight ohm . Question is witch one do I use?? Thanks
