Mikey, you ever taken apart any 20" Half Track or Scout Car Combat Rims? These have a bolt on outer ring that is half of the wheel. No snap ring under the outer ring. Despite many hits with the big tire hammer, cannot get the inner and outer to split. In the process in cutting what remains of the old tires off with a sawszall and cut off wheel. Sidewalls at the bead is well over an inch thick and has three sets of bead wire. Main bead is 3/8" cable. You're welcome to the Party!!! Thanks Howard in Caldwell
