Hello. What you have there is the 'holy grail' of the stick transmissions for the IHC trucks. How did you ever find one? They are even more rare than a NP540 OD. As for PTO's I bet one from a IH T-35 or T-36 DD trans will work on your T-34 OD. They are pretty much identical trannies, except for the OD in the T-34. From what I have been told the T-series IH trannies were based on a Fuller design, so maybe a PTO from a more common Fuller trans will work for you. Good luck and keep us posted on what you find.
