Hank I have a tool much like a punch which has a concave divit if you will that fits the rivet. The tool Russ mentioned will work well I'm sure. If you do use those Deere rivets I grind a bit off the length to get the proper look and set. Try on a practice piece the same thickness with a scrap of sheet metal to get the feel for it. You may even get the dealer to set them for you so you wouldn't have to buy the tool. But this depends on how accomodating the dealer is.
