Is it the same length as the engine in your PW? I just installede a 265 Industrial and the head was off, the valves and pistons were not different than any other flathead. where I think the difference would be in a industrial flat head is in the camshaft. The 265 runs real nice in the truck thru all the gears. But I also don't know if the cam was changed out to a different grind than what it had.
