but shop manual seems to sugg. 3 differential cap lock pins. I see 2 empty holes and the head of what appears to be a third pin still in both front and rear diff. cases. Will they hold?
Shop manual sugg. drilling new holes upon case reassembly but I'd not like to introduce metal shavings to bearings and gears if I could help it.
Most pieces of pins I found loose are no more than 1/4" in length (they appear to have been snapped off perhaps as case turned?). Not roller bearings.
