RVs are different but it has to have a stove, refer, bed ect to be one. You can't call a Flat Bed truck a RV. Of course you can try and maybe get away with it till the feds catch you on the road, finds are big bucks. Farmers can get away with no CDL if it is used for farm related stuff and only used with in a certain miliage from the farm hauling stuff for it to and from. Mark H.
