I agree with Rick. If your building a PW to sell, you will never build what the buyer standing there wanted. If you are building for yourself, then the ball game changes. For a more roadable truck, modern power ie; V8 or Diesel, Power Disk Brakes and Power Steering, 4.89's cant be beat. And if you do go with a power upgrade and then sometime in the future decide to sell, there will always be buyers. The real key, I believe to value in an upgrade is the quality of work and materials. Do it right, the value stays up. Use crap materials and shody work and the value drops FAST.
