Hi Jerry, I just went to a auto upholostery place and bought materials. I first hog-ringed on a piece of nylon webbing to the springs, then a piece of nylon batting just laid on the webbing, then 1 or 2 inch layer of foam. Finally hogringed on the canvas. Or you can tie on the canvas depending on the design. You can buy the foam at any fabric store. I might have enough laying around to do the seat if you can't find any.
