Matt was kind enough to post this picture showing the truck just before trying to start her for the first time after 3 years of work. The ignorance part of the title refers to my lack of knowledge about posting pictures- possibly other things as well hey Matthew.

I was suggested to me to get her running before the sheet metal was test fitted to take care of any unforseen problems so I wasn't scratching freshly painted fenders, etc even though the radiator would have to be torn back out. This turned out to be good advice as I discovered several oil leaks around the filter canister feed lines, a couple of water leaks from the heater core hoses and a big problem with the carb that won't let it run correctly. Its acting like its getting way too much fuel-like its on choke. This is preventing me from running the engine long enough for a proper break in. On the good side it fired right up after turning the distributer 180 degrees.
Final color will be Equador Blue with black fenders/running boards similiar to John Low's truck. Only the cab bottom, firewall, and cab interior has been painted to get her running.
