This subject hits a sour note with me. However the way to beat this rap is to hammer the living shit out of employers who hire illegal aliens. Get them for tax evasion or whatever it takes but hit them and hit them hard. If there is noone to employ them, then they'll have no reason crawl under the fence anymore. That, or we just start shooting the bastards the minute they climb over the fence or pop their heads out of whatever hole their in.
