A good M/C that I've gotten at NAPA that works really well in the M37 (slightly larger bore than the one that Ray was using if I remember correctly) is #1584.
I think that the volume of fluid pushed from both chanbers is the same although the reservoirs are different...
How hard would it be to cross the lines anyway??? (I ask since I have never worked on a WC...).
I've used the above reference MC on M37's with both front disc/rear drum and four wheel discs...
