I don't have a picture handy, I found mine on ebay in the category for steering wheel pullers. It is called a "military type" by many. It's like a large C clamp modified by the lower "leg" being in a "Y" shape to fit around under the steering wheel hub. When you screw down the puller against the nut that is flush with the top of the steering shaft, it exerts an upward pull on the hub from below.
Even so, I had to screw it down with in impact wrench as the hub was on so tight.
