According to the guys who wrote Dodge Pickups History and Restoration Guide 1918-1971, You don't need a special steering wheel puller as described in the Dodge service manual. All you need is a push type puller and attachment for removing gears to easily remove an early Power Wagon steering wheel. Unfortunately the people at NAPA and Checker(who loans tools)didn't have a clue as to what I was talking about.They wanted to sell/loan me a standard steering wheel puller. Can somebody send me a picture of this tool. I assume the cost of buying this puller is high so a rental source would be nice. Thanks
