It really depends on the master cylinder and its design. I assume that the one your talking about has different size reservoirs front and rear. I am not sure about difference in fluid moved with each stroke of the peddle between front and rear. I would suspect that they are the same as the stroke would be the same for both circuits and the diameter of the bore shoud be the same for both circuits. The only difference would be in any built in balancing valve which is used to reduce the force to the rear so they do not lock up on you. Disk brakes take a larger volumed reservoir as they have a larger volume to fill in the caliper as the brake pads wear.
