never say never. I have seen pictures of factory dual setups. Remember Dodge had the Special Equipment Division, and lots of stuff was built that I would consider "one off". Look at the Factory shortbed power wagons of 1946. I'm sure those arent in the book, but they do exist, Fred Coldwell and John Smith can verify that. I've seen a WDX in Spokane with a factory equiped 9' bed, and John Eickhof can verify that one along with the owner.
AAA has a factory equiped Perkins Crewcab W300. Is that in the book? None that I've ever seen.
