If you want disc brakes on the rear with your coporate 14 bolt it VERY reasonable, Especially if you have to replace any of the the stock drum parts. I just did this and the brackets are $50.00 off Ebay, calipers are $43.00 each at the parts store, plus your lines and such. You'll need a proportioning valve as well plus you shed a lot of weight loosing the drum set up. I believe you get the weaker 14 bolt in a CUCV (9 1/2 ring gear) and smaller drums. Kevin
