On a 1948 B-1, can someone tell me the original sizes of the round rubber mounting pads that fit between the cab and the frame bracket on the spring loaded bolt?
My front passenger steel bracket is cracked and needs to be welded, but when I looked at the pad it was about 3/4" thick, round and very cracked. I can't seem to find where to buy replacements, or at least I didn't seem to find them in the VPW catalog.
What size, shape, and quanity are needed?
Where can you get them or how to make them?
