Looking for someone with a 57 parts book

Does anyone have a 57 parts book and can scan a page to email or post? We need to see the page concerning the shifter linkage for a heavy duty 3 speed in a W 100 pick up or Townwagon. The rod we have and the end on the shifter arm on the column will not work together. We are putting this truck back together from a basket case and any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
