Just watch the part about nobody knows who owned it last. The people said they knew and told him. Now he will be probley signing a paper saying he does not know this under pentalty of perjury which in Washington carries a $25,000.00 max fine plus jail time if they want to push it! If the person who owned it comes back for it, I bet they will know where it went and tell him. Also might say they told him who owned it and figured he would take care of the matter correctly. If push comes to shove he might end up being in trouble saying he never knew who owned it and having a signed paper say the same even tho he did. Not worth the chance to do this wrong in the end. Just my feelings on it. Mark H.
