Forward the suspect email to spoof@paypal.com and they'll tell you if it's legit or not. Don't reply, just delete. I wish that I had some type of bad stuff to send these spammers, but some of the stuff looks pretty good. Just go through paypal through your ebay account rather than replying to a link.
