WC53 with A-frame spotted

Kind of a sad sight to see, missing the driver's door, interior thrashed, still riding on ancient bald NDTs, tall homemade A-frame on the front, sitting in what clearly used to be a logger's equipment yard, but then again the old man probably got it for $50 after the war and it was just another machine that had to earn its keep. At least it didn't like he'd ever pulled the A-frame over backwards or dropped a tree across it.

Didn't have my camera with me or I'd post a picture. Did WC53s ever come with a winch, or did they call it something else if it had a winch, or are all the winches on carryalls aftermarket?
