OT PayPal question

I just got an email from Paypal security saying my account has been randomly flagged and to click on a link to update profile info. And if I choose to ignore the email, they have no choice but to suspend my account. Sure sounds spooky, what do you think? The link won't allow me to see the url properties, grayed out. Everything else looks like real Paypal stuff.
