Dealer Smealer, never talk to a commissioned salesman, talk to the internet or fleet sales, AND first look at the options on Dodge.com and Edmunds. You should be able to get the Jacobs as a factory option or a Banks aftermarket, installed at the dealer on all trucks except those with automatic transmissions*. From the Jacobs web site:
