Actually, my invoice lists only four options - Premium Seat to include power, Customer Preferred Package 26P (POWER WAGON package), Automatic Transmission (Mandatory Option), and trailer tow mirrors.

The abdurdity by the Dodge marketing people is that the POWER WAGON package is actually not an option. The POWER WAGON frame is different (different part number) from the RAM 2500 frame. It is a POWER WAGON when it starts down the assembly line before the second part is bolted on. You can't add it as an option during assembly. Many drive line components have different part numbers exclusive to the POWER WAGON.

Notice that Dodge lists a 4x4 as a separate truck - there is no 2x4 model with a 4x4 option. The frames are different in this case as well.

As for the pricing of the winch - you cannot buy a new POWER WAGON without a winch.

By the way, my window sticker says, "This vehicle was built especially for PAUL COOK"
