Go to titlesunlimitedinc.com They're a great help and prevent many DMV employees from being castrated each and every day. They have to accept the papers they give you no matter how much they despise trying to help someone who is trying to do a good thing. Works for me every time, and I love to see the look on their faces when they know they've been beat at their own game. I've had a few DMV supervisors scratching thier heads and mumbling as I've walked out the door with what I came in for, and they seem to really find this unacceptible to have someone leave DMV happy with what they got.
