These lockers should work on the 2WD 1 Ton diffs of the Pilothouse era. I have a Lockrite installed on mine (same model number the PW uses). Just because they aren't four wheel drive doesn't mean 2 WD owners won't see a great benefit with them. If I could figure out an easy solution for dealing with the air supply issue while keeping it 6 volt I would order a set. I've gotten stuck too many times in my yard whick is why I went with the lockrite.
