Boy I just went thru about 1,000 pics looking for a discription that could be it. I do know the 2 long cross angle iron is used to get a strong mount to the original base. You just lay the front one flush to the front edge of the original base with the lip sticking up. The Back one the lip goes over the back edge of the base. Then you use these to weld the angle iron to for the place you need steel below the new seat for its mounts. That is the 4- 18" peices I am talking about. I needed 4 cause my seat could adjust deperatily on each side being a split bucket. If it is a bench style you only need 2 for the legs on the new seat. The 18 inch pecies just lay on the long angle irons to be welded in place to them. The front is sat in the angle and the back just goes over the top of the rear angle iron. The trickey part is cutting the mounts on the new seat to get the angle you need then you just weld them to the 18 inch sections of angle iron. I used angle iron so I could weld the bottom and the side of the new cut down seats brackets for more strength. The part you cut off has a large section to bolt to the floor to keep it from flexing. All the welding is done out of the PW. Just make sure you have the holes drilled in the long angle iron to bolt to the original base first as you will not be able to do this once the seat is welded to it. It takes a small hand to reach under the seat to get the bolts in too! Mark H.
