My bumper was shipped by UPS, and somehow they bent one of the frame mount brackets. I ordered the powder coated model, and was able to straighten the bracket myself with no damage to the finish by means of a 16" Crescent. (Metric, of course). I was a little disappointed with the Hella Utility lights they provided for the backup lights, but they will do the job. Probably the best choice, the more I think about it, because they are the rubber housings which will resist snow and mud and gravel being sprayed on them. Compared to you in New York, they are practically in my back yard, located in Newberg, Oregon. JH
