I've seen 3 swivel frame PW. All conversions were done Locally in Florida for the Forest Service. Didnt know they were rare when I saw them or would have bought one. One problem not mentioned though. If you dont have some sort of stop to limit the amout of swivel. The rear driveshaft gets knocked out. 2 of the three that i saw had been modified, one with chains for stops and the other had plates welded to the frame so that it could no longer swivel. Chad
