When you pour your floor you might consider putting in several floor anchors. They make real nice ones but you can also make your own. They can be as simple as recessed loops to which you can hook a chain. I have made some which are a steel tube about a foot long by 2-1/2" in dia. and have a 3/8" chain about 18" long with a round steel plate welded to the chain that nests in the top of the tube. When not in use they are simply round steel discs on the floor. When needed you pull them up and hook what ever to them. They come in real handy for straightening bumpers, frames, etc. Also are a great when winching something off the trailer. Usually in the building there is nothing to anchor to.
