The hinges are similar but not the same.

Most WC seem to be the same length, regardless of whether the hood is flat or sloped, at least my 3/4 ton Carryall and Command Car seem the same.

The early VC and civilan-type WC are about 1.5" shorter, and the rivet drilling is slightly different because of the hood prop mounts too. I presume the PW hood hinge is the same as the VC type.

Bottom line would be to collect any hinges you find that are OK, even if they are on hoods that are otherwise toast. The particular problem I had with the VC hood was that the hinge had been chromed and got a bad case of preferential corrosion when the chrome gave up.
