I have a 1990 3/4 4x4 cummins and it is the best truck i have owened.I have 175,000 plus miles on it and it does not use any oil between changes.I pull trailers with it often and a car trailer with my M-37 or 1/2 ton command car on it.
I had ford diesels before this truck and they were ok for just driving emty,but when i would use it for towing or haulling it would break down.They also used about a gallon of oil between changes every 5000 miles.
I would only buy dodge.The cummins motor BT6 you can't beat it.
