Thanks guys for all your help on my rough idle/poor acceleration delima. I replaced the coil which took care of the funky spark and traveling miss. I rebuilt the carb with a Napco kit and now have smooth acceleration with no hesitation. Used old pump as new one in kit was too long. Anyway all works well (for now), and I do appreciate everyone's suggestions. By the way - Alan Bowes info on carb work was very helpful, check out the site. KB
