Napa had one hanging on the wall out front. It was a universal kit. It bolted right into the irregular 5 screw hole pattern in the top of the M37 tank. Didn't even have to take the fuel out. M37 has the convienient trap door. If I recall the PW is the same pattern. It was 12 V. I didn't ask about 6v but I'm sure some one could tell you about resistors. It was about $35. with new gauge too. worked great. Don't have the NAPA # but looks pretty common wall hanger stock item.
