The '39-'47 T-V&W Series cabs look the same to many but they will not directly interchange without a good deal of work. The floor on these cabs is flat and the engine sets into the cowl. It is possible to cut spotwelds, cut, section, etc. the firewall, floor & seat pieces and dash into a 2wd cab.
The lower sheet metal below the doors & around cab corners also need to be shortened.
