I just got a beat-up 74 Power Wagon that I'm going to use for hunting the logging roads here in Alaska. The 318 2bbl is shot but the truck came with a good 318 short block and good 360 heads and manifolds. Guy i got it from says that this combo is a good low end set up like I want. This truck will never see any thing over 50mph, but does need pulling power and fair mpg. I'm going to build something up for this truck but would like some input since this is my first Mopar project. Seems to me that I'd need to at least get the carb/cam profile right for this to work well. Any help out there?
