Yes, RB engines like the 440 and 413 shared the same bell as there B engine relatives like the 383 and 400. But prior to somewhere in the early sixties there were some differences than the later post sixties engines. Secondly...be careful to match your torque converter's balance status to your engine's. Steel crank motors are internally balanced and require a different converter than there post 74 cousins that maybe using cast cranks which were externally balanced by the damper and counter weights welded on both sides of the torque converter drain plug. Weight kits are available from MOPAR for the latter, or you can knock off the tack welded weights for the earlier...just don't mix em up.
