TRW used to make a PowerForged piston for the 230, but I don't know if this is still available. Sterling makes a cast piston for the 230, which is probably superior to the original pistons. I haven't checked on what's available for the 251. It might be a little harder to find a variety of stuff for the 251, since they made a lot more 230-inch engines, but on the other hand, the 251 is a little more recent, so who knows?

You can always have custom pistons made up, but it will hurt your wallet quite badly.

There are a number of possible brands to try:
Badger
Ertel
Keith Black
Silvolite
Sterling
TRW
JE
etc.

You might also try some of the flathead enthusiast pages on the Internet.
