I have an oilless compressor and I drive a small presurized TIP sandblaster. It is marginal and you will probably be happier with a belt driven, preferably 2 stage compressor. For one thing, the oilless type are VERY noisy and 30 cfm is a more respectable output for running a sandblaster. If I was buying again, I would buy a belt driven 2 stage for sure.
