Do it by hand the first time. Don't use the starter till you know that the engine is free.
Once you get it turning, Lube each cylinder with light oil a t first then straight motor oil finally.
Dont push the engine at first and watch the oil pressure. There could be a lot of blockage in the oil passages.
I would flush the engine a couple of times to get out all the gunk, then pull the oil pan, clean it and the oil filter housing. Then put in 10W40
oil and carefully run it till you feel comfortable that the oil pressure is going to hold.
Dont forget the fuel system and the Carb. make sure they are clean also!!
