Hans, the standard front axle for your truck would have been a Dana 44, or the optional Dana 60, check the inspection cover size and compare it with your rear axle, if its smaller its a 44, but if its roughly the same size you have a Dana 60 (1 ton trucks came standard with a Dana 60). If I were you, I get the roters, calipers, spindle and steering knuckles from a '80 or later Dodge 3/4 or 1 ton with the same axle (44 or 60), Chevys and Ford often came with these axle options and you could probably get these parts from them too. Keep the left and right side parts labeled and have a shop install new ball joints in the knuckles at this time, its the easiest time. Now, replace all of the parts on your axle from the ball joints out (except the steering arm on the left knuckle, reuse it) with your new parts. (Rebuild the brakes also if needed) Three notes, avoid the full-time spindles and brakes from Dodges, other brands with full-time you can just add a part-time hub. Also, if you are running 15 inch wheels (these would be non-stock) they won't fit anymore, you need 16" or bigger. Lastly, you will PROBABLY need the tie rod that connects the left and right knuckles.
