Strippers(Paint that is)

Here's another question for you guys. The cab and doors of my M56 are aluminum with MULTIPLE coats of paint. I'm looking for the best way to strip the paint. My thought is that a peel away stripper will work the best for me, I'm very leery of trying Aircraft stripper(although I know that it is probably the most effective way) as it is exteremly toxic. What are everybody's thoughts on this? Sources for peel-aways?
