John, your truck is a long wheel base 353. If your grill guard hasn't been depot modified, your truck was built between Sept. 1942 and march 1943. About half the production of 550,000 were GM corp. built Banjo axels and transfer cases. Yours is the Timken split type axles with Timken transfer case. The frame number is stamped just in front of the right front shock unit. If your data plates are still present, look on the inside firewall pad dead center under the dash,and you'll see the date of delivery.
Your trucks saving grace is that the frame looks to be uncut and the bumperetts and
hitch are present ! Someone will get a good restoration canidate.
