I got the same thing you did Friday night when trying to bid on an auction. I entered my info but it just kept asking for it over and over. I logged off then logged back on and changed my password. But I have had that to happen 2 or 3 times in the last week. The url and everything looks right so I assumed Ebay was messing up.
